School Holiday Programs
Helping students build confidence and enhance their social skills, and school readiness
With a focus on three core skills, we empower students to become self-assured and compassionate individuals.
Conversation mastery:
We teach students how to create a plan, introduce themselves effectively, and engage in fruitful conversations. We provide explicit instruction, role-plays, and personalised feedback to help improve conversational abilities and form meaningful connections.
Friendship management:
Successfully building and maintaining positive friendships requires understanding different behaviours. Our program emphasises positive behaviours while also addressing negative behaviours that can lead to conflict.
Conflict
resolution:
Conflict is a natural part of any relationship, and we teach students how to manage it. Our course explores respectful communication when expressing dissatisfaction or frustration. We also help students recognise that not all relationships aren't good for their well-being, and encourage them to make informed choices about who they include in their social circles.

Grow OT is Sydney's trusted provider of Paediatric OT bringing mobile services to school, kindy, daycare and home.
Through our evidence-based Occupational Therapy interventions and parent coaching frameworks, your child's potential is unlocked by relating their learning to something of value to them. They then feel motivated to achieve their goals and continue to grow.
We also provide guidance and training to parents and caregivers on strategies to support their child’s development and skills outside therapy sessions.

All families with concerns about their child’s development can access our services without a referral from their doctor or paediatrician.
Assessment — 1-1.5 hour session
​
The OT assessment is a 1-1.5 hours long, one-on-one session where clinical observations, parent/guardian interviews, and standardised assessments are conducted. We also discuss your concerns and how occupational therapy will benefit your child. This collected data helps us determine your child's strengths and weaknesses, so we can create an individualised treatment plan.
